Our shipping is free in the lower 48 states (also for APO and FPO) and there is no sales tax, unless you live in the state of Ohio. There are no hidden handling charges: the posted price is the delivered price. Period. We have daily UPS pick ups and deliver to the Post Office. Second day and next day UPS air can be easily arranged (at an additional charge) by calling us during business hours at 1–800–301–5814. It rarely happens, but merchandise can be returned, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the purchase date, and a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and/OR the shipping fee, whichever is greater) will be issued.
