Many sites have a lack of any contact information other than an email and 800 number (with overseas operators). Many have no posted shipping charges and deceptive, vague product descriptions.  There are dozens of gimmicky templated  websites and we understand how it can be quite confusing to shop for such a simple thing like hubcaps and wheels. One easy way to decide who to do business with, is to read actual customer reviews.  Our shipping is free in the lower 48 states (also for APO and FPO)  and there is not sales tax unless you reside in the state of Ohio. There are no hidden  handling charges, the posted price is a delivered price. Beware when shopping around of hidden shipping and handling charges.  Many times these are not revealed until you are in the check out process. We have daily UPS pickups and make a daily drop off at the post office, so we ship your order out fast, usually quickly. Second day and next day UPS air can be arranged at an additional charge by calling us during business hours 800-301-5814. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will issue a refund of the purchase price less  a 15% restocking fee (only to cover initial shipping costs) upon return. Another question you many ask. Is it safe to place my credit card over the internet?  We have an extremely secure server which has been certified  a verisign secure site. You can click the logo on the right to view the verification statement from verisign.  If you are still uncomfortable with placing an online order, we also offer several offline options. You can choose the "mail in" option in the checkout procedure and send us a check or money order with the provided preprinted form, or you can give us a call during business hour at 1-800-301-5814 and place your order with a live person. Please choose whatever method you are comfortable with.  We never attempt to hide or deceive our customers in order to make a sale. We want your repeat business by supplying a quality product in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.  Rest assured that if you order from us, you will be getting genuine factory original (unless otherwise indicated) hubcaps and wheels.  Our hubcaps and wheels are at the very least reconditioned into like new condition, some are brand new and this will be indicated in the photo. We also sell replica hubcaps for some of the harder to find items.  We very plainly indicate when an item is a replica within the photo and the description to avoid confusion.
